Each 30-minute session is customized to your needs and may include: Personal energy guidance for people, pets and animals. Grounding and centering techniques for everyday balance. Energy protection and cleansing practices.

Support for empathic sensitivity and energy overwhelm. Practical tips for integrating Reiki or energy work into your daily life. I may receive some intuitive information as well.

 Shadow Self and Karuna Reiki Meditation and Reiki session: The Karuna Reiki symbol Halu assists practitioners in guiding clients to face their shadow self, uncovering subconscious layers and inner conflicts. It's incorporated into a meditation and Reiki energy healing session to encourage the exploration of concealed aspects, nurturing compassion and personal growth.
Halu works to break down self-imposed barriers, promoting healing and empowering individuals on their journey toward inner peace and a deeper connection with themselves. By embracing the shadow self through Halu, one embarks on a transformative path toward greater self-awareness and a richer connection with both oneself and the world. Cost is $50
