Reiki session

Reiki (ray-key) is a gentle, non-invasive healing method that channels universal life force energy from the practitioner to the client. It benefits all ages, treating body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include: - Physical - Chakra harmonization - Stress and anxiety reduction - Energizing effects - Safe alongside medical treatments. A one-hour session equals three hours of deep sleep! For in-person sessions, bring a 100% cotton towel or blanket for complimentary Reiki infusion. One-hour sessions are $60.00.

Reiki for Children
Parents or guardians stay with children. Children's sessions, lasting about half an hour, are $40.00, fun is highly encouraged! Bring your child's favourite stuffed animal or blanket and I will infuse it with Reiki!
Reiki distance/remote healing sessions are $40.00.
Reiki energy can be sent from me to you anywhere in the world at any time. A time for the distance session will be agreed upon in advance. Just relax and enjoy the 40-minute distance Reiki session. I will follow up with you via email after the session.

Axiatonal Alignment
​
Axiatonal Alignment is a healing modality that opens blocked meridians to allow the free flow of energies that have been trapped in our beings and restrict our movement forward.
The client lays comfortably on a massage table while the practitioner gently touches various points on the body.
Recipients experience deep relaxation, an increase in focus and clarity, motivation, improved concentration, a sense of balance and more vivid dreams.
Cost is $51.00 per Axiatonal Alignment 30 minute session or a 1 hour Reiki session plus Axiatonal Alignment session would total $72.00 which is about 1 and 1/2 hours in length.
Cost is $45.00 for a distance Axiational Alignment session.

Energy Healing Technique

The Energy Healing Technique helps the body, mind and spirit to return to a calm, balanced, peaceful state.
The client lies fully clothed, comfortably on a massage table. This wonderful, energy healing method uses gentle massage like techniques, sweeping motions, rocking and bringing attention to specific energy points.
Calms and grounds the balancing and healing energies.
Helps to release trauma and stress
Helps to release blocked and congested energies.
Helps to deal with emotions.
Very relaxing and comforting energy.
