My journey began in energy work in 2003 because my beloved dog "Cleo" had breathing problems. Shortly after taking my first Therapeutic Touch course; Cleo started to feel better and breathe easier. I was hooked on energy work. I am a Usui, Celtic Reiki, Karuna Reiki® and Kundalini Reiki® Master Teacher and Axiatonal Alignment Facilitator. I love helping others in their journey of learning energy work.

I am proud to be a registered Reiki Master Teacher and Reiki Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA), and registered Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher with the Kundalini Reiki Center.

I  volunteer at Primrose Donkey Sanctuary offering animal reiki sessions.

Reiki and Therapeutic touch have changed my life, I use it every day. My husband, children, grandchildren, pets and myself benefit from it. It is hard to remember being without it.

Universal healing energy is wonderful and never ceases to amaze me. It is a joy to be able to help people and pets feel better.

I love teaching Reiki to others, showing them how easy it is to use Reiki on themselves, other people and pets and animals. Once you've learned Reiki, you have it for life.
