My journey into energy work began in 2003 when my dog Cleo, struggled with breathing issues. After completing my first Therapeutic Touch course, I noticed remarkable improvement in Cleo's condition, and I became passionate about energy work. 

I am a Master Teacher in Usui, Celtic Reiki, Karuna Reiki®, and Kundalini Reiki®, as well as an Axiatonal Alignment Facilitator, dedicated to guiding others on their energy work journeys.

I take pride in being a registered Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) and a registered Kundalini Reiki Master Teacher with the Kundalini Reiki Center. 

I also volunteer at Primrose Donkey Sanctuary, providing animal Reiki sessions. Reiki and Therapeutic Touch have profoundly transformed my life, benefiting not only myself but also my husband, children, grandchildren, and pets. 

It’s hard to imagine life without these practices. The power of universal healing energy continues to amaze me, and it brings me joy to help both people and pets feel better.

I love teaching Reiki, demonstrating how accessible it is for self-care and for helping others. Once learn Reiki, it stays with you for a lifetime.
