Reiki for Children Class

Investment: $80 per child
Reiki is a gentle and loving energy practice that children can use to support calm, comfort, kindness and positive intentions.
The Reiki for Children Class is designed especially for young learners. Children will enjoy fun, hands-on activities while learning simple ways to explore and practice Reiki.
Parents or grandparents stay during the class in a helping capacity.
What Children Will Learn
During the class, children will discover how to:

Ground and centre themselves

Create a Reiki bubble using intention and imagination

Offer Reiki to themselves and others

Talk about how to share Reiki gently with pets and animals

Energize a favourite stuffie or comfort item

Infuse crystals with Reiki

Offer Reiki to plants and nature

Energize food and drinks
-
Explore pendulums, dowsing rods and energy

Use colours and imagination with Reiki

What Is Included
Each child will receive:

A Reiki Level 1 attunement

A special Reiki for Kids workbook created by Susan Rouse of Cedar Cove Wellness

A crystal infused with Reiki
-
A Certificate of Completion

Plenty of opportunities for activities, learning and fun

Children can use their workbooks to write, draw, colour and continue practising what they learned at home.
Ongoing Reiki Support
Ongoing Reiki support is available after the class. Parents, grandparents and children are welcome to contact Susan with questions or for gentle guidance as they continue practising Reiki at home.
What to Bring
Please bring:
Lunches for you and your child
Your child’s favourite stuffie or comfort item
Water will be provided.
Please let Susan know in advance about any allergies or sensitivities so that every child can participate as comfortably as possible.
