Reiki (ray-key) is a "laying on of hands" light touch natural healing method. It is very gentle and non-invasive. The universal life force energy is channeled through the practitioner into the client. Reiki is spiritual in nature but is not a religion. Reiki sessions are available for all ages and benefits everyone. Reiki treats body, mind and spirit.

The client lies fully clothed on a massage table or seated on a zero gravity chair. The Reiki practitioner places their hands on or just above the client in different hand positions and channels universal life force energy into them. This improves and balances the client's energy. Reiki improves physical and emotional health.
A one hour Reiki session is the equivalent of three hours of deep sleep. No wonder it's so relaxing!
Reiki session
For in person sessions; please bring a 100% cotton towel or blanket with you and I will infuse it with Reiki energy for you to take home and enjoy. This is complimentary.
Reiki sessions are $60.00. The session is usually one hour in length
Reiki sessions for children are $30.00 and are usually a half hour in length. Parents or guardians stay with children. Children don't have to stay still while receiving Reiki. We have fun with Reiki!
Reiki distance or absent healing sessions are $30.00. Reiki energy can be sent from me to you anywhere in the world at any time. A time is agreed on for the distance session ahead of time. Just relax and enjoy the session. I will contact you after the session via email.

Reiki for Pets and Animals: Reiki helps pets with pain and relaxes them. Pets love energy work and know how much they need.
$30 for a distance session for pets and animals.
Reiki courses are available. Please have a look at my calendar or courses may be scheduled upon request. All levels of Reiki are taught and learning to work on pets is included in the course. I have a complimentary practice group available once a month for my students for ongoing learning and support.
