These private, one-on-one sessions are designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Whether you are seeking guidance for yourself, your pet or another animal, are new to energy work or are an experienced practitioner looking for support, you will receive compassionate, practical guidance in a comfortable and down-to-earth setting.

Your Session May Include

• Personal energy guidance for yourself, your pet or another animal

• Grounding and centering techniques for everyday balance

• Energetic protection and cleansing practices

• Support for empathic sensitivity or feeling energetically overwhelmed

• Guidance for developing your awareness and trusting your intuition

• Practical ways to incorporate Reiki or energy work into your daily life

• Suggestions for strengthening your personal Reiki practice

• Suggestions for crystals and colours that may support your personal intentions, such as grounding, calm, focus or emotional balance

• Suggestions for crystals and colours that may support your pet’s or another animal’s comfort, calm or sense of security, when appropriate​

 

I may also receive intuitive information during our conversation. Any intuitive impressions will be shared gently and offered for your personal reflection.
