Introduction to Reiki Session

A 1.5 hour informal session that will introduce you to Reiki healing energy       

This session will show you the gentle, non-invasive way of Reiki healing.

  • What is Reiki?
  • Who invented (history of) Reiki?
  • How can I use Reiki for myself, other people, pets and animals?
  • You will learn about Reiki universal healing energy.
  • Learn how to feel, sense and see energy.
  • Learn how to ground yourself to repel negative energy.
  • Take home a Reiki infused towel and knowledge about Reiki.

Cedar Cove Wellness is located just north of Cobourg Ontario.

Cost of session is $10.00 

If you decide if you  to take The Reiki First Degree Course (Reiki Level 1) after this, you get $10 off that course.
