This First Degree Reiki Level 1 certificate is taught in 2 shorter days, but can also be taught in one 8 hour day. Reiki is so simple, yet so amazing and very easy to learn. After this course, you can offer Reiki to family, friends and your pets.

Pre-requisite: none

The course includes:

The origins of Reiki and how it works.

Affirmations, principles, ethics and precepts.

How to sense, feel and see energy.

How energy heals people, pets/animals and plants.

How our intention is integrated into Reiki.

How to protect yourself from negative energies.

Four First Degree Attunements.

Scanning

Hand positions for treatment of self, other people and pets/animals.

Practice time: You will give and receive an hour Reiki session on a massage/reiki table.

How to do a Reiki chair session.

How to use Reiki energy to energize, charge and infuse items, crystals, food and drink.

Discuss eligibility of Canadian Reiki Association Membership.

Reiki First Degree Manual.

Copy of your Reiki Lineage

Reiki energized/charged/infused towel and crystal

Reiki Level I (First Degree) Certificate upon completion
